All Second year (KCSE 2015), third year (KCSE 2014) and fourth year (KCSE 2013) students in the College of Humanities & Social Sciences 2018/2019 

This is to inform you that the room application exercise for the 2018/2019 academic year for the above groups of students started on the 4th June 2018 and closes on the 15th June 2018. You are therefore advised to apply to avoid any inconveniences.  There shall be no extension after the closure on the 15th June 2018. Open Access Week and Academic Integrity

The library invites all stakeholders to the 7th Library Open Day/Open Access Week and the 3rd Academic Integrity Day. The two events will be held concurrently in various campuses.

The Academic Integrity Day will be held on 6th and 7th June 2018. The activity will be held simultaneously in Main Campus and the College of Education and External Studies (CEES). The aim of the event will be to sensitize library users (both students and staff) on academic honesty and integrity. The theme of the event is “Promoting Academic Integrity for Sustainable Development”. Participants will be sensitized on the following;

  • Plagiarism and Academic integrity
  • UoN plagiarism policy
  • Plagiarism Software (Turnitin software)
